Albert Moody, 90 of 34 Bassett Street, husband of the late Dorothy Hunt Moody, passed away July 22, 2010. Born in Orangeburg, SC June 18, 1920 son of the late Nathan and Nettie Funches Moody. He is survived by; daughters, Rosa Victoria Wrotten of West Haven, CT, Albertha Nelson, Mary Francis Butler, Sylvia Davis, and Robin Moody-Davis all of New Haven, CT, Carol (Billy) Baldwin of SC, Gloria Gibson of TX; son, Albert (Beverly) Moody Jr. of MI, Ronald (MaryAnn), Donald (Selena) Moody of Hamden, CT; son-in-law, Lawrence Bailey of NJ; 36 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, & 10 great-great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Catherine Moody of New Haven, CT and Elizabeth Hunt of Brooklyn, NY; 1 nephew, Marion Moody of New Haven, CT and niece, Lois Lumpkin of CA. Albert was predeceased by daughters, Helen Bailey, Shirley Burress; brothers, Joseph, Augustus, Marion, Webster and 2 grandchildren.
